How fast is delivery, really?
Most orders arrive in about 30 minutes, and many sooner. We pick from stores right in your area, so your rider is usually just a few streets away.
Where does ZapMove deliver from?
From partner grocery stores, kirana shops and food outlets in your own neighbourhood, not a central warehouse. That keeps produce fresh and delivery quick.
What does delivery cost?
Express delivery in 30–60 minutes is ₹14, delivery within 4 hours is ₹9, and next-day delivery is free. Orders of ₹249 or more get free Express and 4-hour delivery. Fees are shown before you pay, with no peak-hour surge.

Can I cancel my order?
Grocery orders can be cancelled from your order page before they're on the way. Freshly made food, like juices, burgers and pizza, starts cooking as soon as you order, so those orders can't be cancelled.
